Welcome to the Affiliate Program of Content Delivery Technologies Inc., also known as Actionera. By joining our program, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully before agreeing to participate.

Affiliate Fees

• Affiliates will earn a 25% fee on membership subscriptions for Actionera Pro, Pro+ and Biz+ levels when a client is referred through an approved affiliate funnel and tracking link.

• The affiliate fee is applicable only if the client purchases within the first 60 days of the initial referral.

• Affiliates will earn a 50% affiliate fee for Collaborate Event Public VIP tickets.

• Affiliates earn a flat $100 affiliate fee for any JVX Regular and VIP tickets.

• No affiliate fees will be paid for any member type tickets.

• Affiliates will not earn fees on any products not directly promoted through their affiliate link. This includes, but is not limited to, purchases made outside of the promoted membership subscriptions, such as tickets to events or other non-subscription products.

Exclusions

• No affiliate fees will be paid for referrals that result in the purchase of Plat, The Authority Advantage, or Enterprise programs.

• Only the products explicitly promoted and linked by the affiliate qualify for affiliate fees.

Approved Promotional Methods

• All affiliates are required to conduct their promotions in a professional and ethical manner.

• Spamming is strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not send unsolicited emails or other messages that could be construed as spam.

• Affiliates are permitted to advertise on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. However, all advertisements must be pre-approved by Content Delivery Technologies Inc. prior to their use.

• The use of any advertising methods must comply with the legal requirements and terms of service of each respective platform.

Compliance and Monitoring

• Content Delivery Technologies Inc. reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions.
• Violations of these terms may result in the termination of the affiliate agreement and forfeiture of any unpaid affiliate fees.

Modification of Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and will be bound by the revised terms upon their implementation.
